Paper Cup Making Machine Production Process Explanations:

The flow of making paper cup, paper bowl or paper bucket can be learned from above pictures as following:

1.Feedrolling cup-bottom paper and pre-printed / pre-cutted cup-fan-wall sheet papet to the entrance simultaneously.

2.The cup-fan-wall paper is sealed on the cup-side-sealing mold, which will becomescone shape .The cup-bottom is punched automatically

(cutting) in the machine;

3.Putthe bottom-round piece into cone-cup-side;

4.Carry out cup-bottom curlingwhen the pre-heating and main heating are completed;

5.Stepfor knurling Cup-bottom: Knurling the bottom-round-piece paper to the cup-cone-side;

6.Step for curling cup-top: Curling the cup top to circular shape;

7.All the finished cups shall be discharged and transfer to the position of collection.

8.All the finished paper cups shall be packed into plastic bag or other hermetic bags, so that prevent the cup top shape from being ugly or broken.

9.Then, the plastic bags shall be packed into a cardboard box…

10.Note:the process of making paper bowls and buckets are as same as paper cups.

Generally speaking, the structure of paper cup (bowl) shaping machine is composed of five parts, such as, the first stage, the medium stage,

the second stage,the third stage and its outer shell.

1.The first stage: transmitpaper cup’s side-wall paper, shape side-wall and transfer them to the medium stage after shaped;

2.The medium stage:transmit cup-bottom paper, shape cup-bottom, connect the shaped side-wall and cup-bottom together, automatically

transmit and discharge the shaped cup, and curl the edge of shaped cups;

3.The third stage:mainly involves 45 angle separating, preheating, curing bottom, rouletting, curling rim and other important mechanisms for

finished paper cups;

4.The fourth stage:Motor and reduction gear are mainly included, and a frequency converter is used to adjust its speed and provide power.
